Anxious, stressed or find it hard to switch off your busy mind? If so, this course could be ideal for you.

The course introduces you to the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, which has much to offer modern life. Yoga Nidra is very different from other types of yoga. You can wear ordinary comfortable clothes, lie down or sit on a yoga mat and make your body really comfortable with any props you’d like to bring with you (blankets, pillows, cushions, bolsters).

Yoga Teacher, Caron Lindley, will guide you through some simple but very effective restorative yoga, mindfulness and meditation techniques. All your senses will be stimulated and soothed, leading you to a state of ease and well-being.

Young people studying for exams are welcome to attend with a parent. 

Please note, this is a course of 4 consecutive classes (26 September – 17 October).
