Red Hat Yoga will ask you to complete and submit an online Health Form before you join your first class, course, event or retreat. This form will collect information about you, your health and lifestyle which will help the teacher to get to know a little about you and to offer you advice about getting the most out of the session.

Red Hat Yoga is committed to keeping your data private and secure. Information collected will be stored in accordance with GDPR Act 2018. All information will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be shared without your permission. 

Please inform Red Hat Yoga of any changes to your home address, email address, contact numbers.  This will enable us to keep our records up to date and ensure communication continues without disruption.
