Vibrant Living

Anxiety? Stress? Overwhelm? Fatigue? Aches and pains? Inflammation? Digestive issues? Weight gain? Broken sleep? Restless? Want more out of life?

If any of these states resonate with you, know you’re not alone. They're very common experiences for many people at some time in their lives. The timeless wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda informs us that the way we feel physically, mentally and emotionally is a direct result of being out of sync with our natural rhythm, lifestyle choices, daily routines and habitual patterns of thinking.

If you want to move away from feelings of discomfort and dis-ease and move towards a life, full of vitality and purpose, then know that it’s possible with the right support structure and methodology. This is where Vibrant Living comes in.

Vibrant Living is a motivational, all-women online coaching programme that will help you make the changes you desire. It is an opportunity to invest in your greatest asset: You! This is a natural solution that empowers you to make healthier choices.

There are no gimmicks or quick fixes. This is a year-long exploration in self-care. As you fall back into rhythm, your outlook, health, energy and peace of mind will change for the better.

A transformational year-long journey

Vibrant Living is based on ten proven habits from the world of Yoga and Ayurveda. The habits are practical, simple and embrace all aspects of lifestyle: mindset, motivation, relationships, morning routines, evening rituals, fresh food, digestion, nourishment, breathing, rest, sleep, stress, movement, mobility, mindfulness, meditation, connection with nature. Together, the habits create a body and mind that thrive.

No previous knowledge of Yoga or Ayurveda is required. You start exactly where you are with an open mind and a willingness to experiment and reflect. With a spirit of playfulness and curiosity, you make small changes to your habits, observe how you feel and tweak as you go.

Follow the daily rhythm of the sun.

Follow the daily rhythm of the sun.

Learning these habits will be invaluable to everyone, whatever age, life stage, shape, size or health condition. It’s never too late or too soon to learn, practise and make the habits part of your life.

Vibrant Living includes training in habit evolution psychology so you can learn how to ‘automate’ your new habits. You will learn how to overcome the ‘old habit’ resistance that you may meet along the way.

Each morning is a chance to start again.

Living in rhythm

Experience shows that you’ll benefit quickly from adopting the habits and routines, however it will take at least a year for them to become second nature. That’s why the programme is scheduled over 12 months so that you can experience change at a manageable and relaxed pace.

We follow seasonal cycles according to the Ayurvedic calendar, giving you the chance to explore how your body, energy, mind and emotions change in each season and during the seasonal transitions. And there’s plenty of space in the programme to digest and integrate what you’ve learned. The cycle around the sun offers you 365 chances to move closer to the vision of who you want to become. Every day is a new day.

Learning alongside like-minded women

What makes this programme special is that you will become a valued member of a group of women who are all on a personal growth path, and who are committed to supporting each other on this journey. As we’ll be learning and practising the habits at the same time, there’ll be much wisdom and insight to share. Research shows that people make changes faster in groups than they do on their own. Group learning is also inspiring, motivating and fun.
